The productivity of any organisation depends mainly on the people, their dedication and their ideas, which they can openly think and share with the organisation when it creates an atmosphere like that. This atmosphere in any company or institution is called the working culture, which is the most important thing for the employees to work freely, productively and effectively.
The working culture is not only about the open atmosphere or only the welfare, it is also about how strongly and dedicatedly the people of that organisation understand the rules and regulations, terms and conditions and most importantly the main objectives and targets of the company. However, it is also true that this understanding and faithfulness is directly associated with their welfares and the open atmosphere which we have been talking about.
Watching each other’s back in tough times is a very significant part of a good working culture. If a boss or colleagues can ensure a person to take care of his office load while he is at home indulged in other necessary activities of his family, then there can not be any better environment than this. Because after being ensured, a person can be fully committed and focused on what he is doing apart from his office duties. Moreover, this directly affects a person’s dedication towards that company or any particular section in which he is working in a positive way and encourages him to work with full of his potential thinking more of the organisation’s betterment.
The policy “Tit for Tat” works here. If the organisation takes care of its employees, the employee will revert it back in the same manner. This is because, almost everyone earns so that his family can eat, live and educate. If anything concerns their living, education or any other basic need, then he is the only person to take the responsibility for everything. If, by any chance, he stayed indulged in office works and got late in doing something when his family needed him the most, he can never justify himself for his entire life. So, it is the duty and responsibility of the individual as well as the organisation to take a stand when anyone is going through tough times.
This working culture can be seen in any great or developed organisation, which have been becoming bigger and bigger just because of the fact that its employees put their full efforts with loyalty and faithfulness. Secondly the organisation itself, which has created an environment in such a way so that anyone can be listened and executed ignoring their positions.
A good working culture is the root cause of the productivity.
