Everything has a saturation level. Likewise, sitting ideal and doing nothing also has its limits. If you are engaged somewhere and doing nothing, then you are not far from having STRESS because there will definitely be a Saturation level, which brings a halt in your life and stops your life to flourish. You will start realising that time is continuously running and you are doing nothing except passing it, which makes you feel very bad that you can't stop it. It is one of the biggest reasons of stress in our daily life.
1. Setting goals
To avoid such situations to occur, you must find a way which can help you in wiping out the stress. One of the ways is to engage yourself in whatever activities you desire to be in. Sometimes, what happens is that we are able to set our goals but we lag behind in making plans and strategies to achieve that goal. Perceiving the significance of small things is what you need to do here. Set goals but in order to accomplish them, set smaller targets which are easy to reach and makes you feel achieving something. Like that, you gradually reach to the main target.

3. Being social
You should not carry all the load on your shoulders because you too have a battery which has limited capacity to be used. Share your load, stresses and problems with your friends and loved ones who have the similar issues in their lives which makes it easier for them to understand yours. It always helps in boosting your spirit and enhancing the capabilities to face pitfalls. Moreover, you get to know about their experiences which you never have had in your life. It then offers you knowledge of what is to be done and what needs to be avoided. Same thing goes with a book, which can offer you a great knowledge and experience of the author.
4. Physical Exercise and meditation
Maintaining physical and mental health comes at the top priority to live a happy and prosperous life. Where physical training helps in staying fit and healthy, daily meditation helps in preserving the cognitive balance which is required to perform day to day activities with full of your potential. So meditation and running or whichever you think is good for you should be the basic needs to fulfil on daily basis.
So doing something, believing in yourself, having your loved ones around, meditation and physical training can help you in wiping out the stress from your mind.
