MORNING

How great do you feel when you wake up and see the black colour clouds shining red from one edge and remain black from the other. This red colour shining comes when the rising sun puts some lights on them to make them so beautiful. This sun has the most beautiful look of itself during the whole day. And, it becomes more beautiful when some clouds make a stripe over it like rings on Saturn. It is visible only for a few minutes in early morning when it is rising to wake up the world. 

How much do you like the long reflection of sun in the water of ocean, rivers or any other water source near you. This reflection starts from the point where the sun shows its visibility and comes upto you making it very soothing and beautiful, which make you feel very relaxed. 

What about the red colour sky on the east side where sun is about to show up. This colourful sky in the morning is a perfect scenery to sit and watch with someone you like sitting with. The peace you get from here is nowhere else. 

And, the chirping and twittering sound of birds, sound of water waves when they strike with some rocks, leaf’s sound when wind blows, sprinkle music in these scenes making it seem even more beautiful. You do not need to play any morning song or meditation music to focus. The frequency and sound that they produce in the morning is even better than any other music you have in your memory card.

But to witness all of this, you need to wake up in the morning before the sun rises. You can do whatever you like such as meditation, yoga, walking, cycling, gym or simply sit and look at the very soothing scene of the day. You do not even need to go out of the house, just climb some stairs, may be not if you sleep on the roof, and go on the top of the roof where you can witness all of this in every morning. 

You can have more time that you can utilise very peacefully and effectively if you wake up early. The nature that you see in the morning gives you positive energy and great ideas to work on. There is no other people and noise to distract you from your doings. 

Apart from time and atmosphere, waking up early is very important for your health too. As, you wake up on time, you take your breakfast on time and then lunch and then dinner and then go to bed on time. This cycle makes your day balanced and motivates you to adapt good habits as you have already adapted one which is getting up early. And, soon you will start coming out of your comfort zone which is the main restriction that is stopping you to go further.
