COMFORT ZONE

The one word answer of the question, “how can people manage their job, business, fitness, fantasies and their family” is comfort zone. Many videos and live speakers are telling you to increase your zone so as to do all things comfortably. But, what are the ways and tricks to enlarge your comfort zone. 

It happens in all the cases, people are being told to follow things that they do not even understand. Big words are used to make them motivated. But this motivation never lasts for many days because people need to listen and do basic things that they see and do on the daily basis and not the imaginary things and words which are not practical and appropriate in all the cases. 

Just like those big words, comfort zone is also a big word for many people. They can definitely be persuaded and motivated by saying that increase your zone to get things done and proceed towards your destination, but they should also be told the ways so that they can make plans and strategies that are practical to implement. 

WAYS -                                                                                     To increase your comfort zone, you must know your limits upto which you feel comfortable and do things without any complain. Once you know your limits, you know how capable you are. And once you know your capacity of doing things, you need to increase it in order to cross your limits which in turn enlarge your comfort zone. 

To exactly understand this, let us take an example. If you want to know how much you can run, you have to reach to the ground and start running as much as you can in first attempt. After you finish, you can very well realise your capacity of running. You know the limit that you have to cross. Now, you have become able to make plans and strategies to enhance your power and capacity of running as you found out the limit. 

Running is just an instance, you can implement this trick in anything you do. If you are in a job, wants to follow your passion, then start taking some time out of your routine. At first it feels very uncomfortable because you are trying to come out of your comfort zone. However, if you are continuously taking time out, you are consistently enlarging your zone. By doing that, you are simultaneously knowing your limits day by day, and also knowing the ways to cross those limits to set new limits. 

Crossing the old limits and setting new limits is the ultimate way or you can say rule to continuously enhance your capacity and then the zone we have been talking about for few minutes. If you can understand the concept of comfort zone, you can become the best of yourself. So, why not become the best of yourself.
