2. Stay hydrated

3. Take breaks

Everything has a saturation level and so as your body and brain. Keep working continuously for many hours makes you exhausted and tired. 4. Talk to people

Working environment is also a key factor in deciding the ways of how you work and execute your tasks. And this environment is created none other than the people around you who work and stay with you for the entire day. Breaks are of no benefits if you take them with yourself alone. Because it will only make things worse as you might keep thinking about the workload and the flows you see around, but if you sit and talk with your colleagues about things apart from work and company, you will undoubtedly gain a positive perspective and set your mind in a different direction for some time, which is very helpful in refreshing your thoughts.

5. Having snacks

Apart from your breakfast, lunch or any other meal the snacks that you eat is really important in refuelling your body with some extra calories that you need to keep working. So, the selection of your snacks should also be taken very seriously. Avoid sugary and processed food as it leads to energy crashes. Fruit and vegetables salad, which is very highly nutritious and nuts which are high in healthy fats and protein can be considered for snacks.
