To start a good habit or learn something new in a whirlwind of a busy lifestyle, you must have heard or read, creating an atmosphere that suits you or comforts you in starting and learning is one of the most required things. However, there are people with whom you have to live and bear no matter what. And everyone faces this issue in his life. So, in such kind of situations ignorance is what we need to learn and adapt in our daily routine in order to avoid distractions and stay focused. Let us, through this article, understand some of the ways to learn this ignorance and the outcomes that we can get after executing these ways. 


The various mindsets: understanding different nurturing



It’s been a long time since you were a small kid and do not remember exactly what kind of things you were taught and what kind of atmosphere you had around yourself. Learning was started since the day you were born, and it has not stopped until today and nor it will be in the future. This learning is the root of what you are today; your behaviour, your mentality, your physiology and many more things. The same goes for the people that you want to ignore, they may be your friends, your parents, your siblings and your spouse. They all have had a different nurturing, which caused them to become a different person having different experiences and personalities. Whatever they speak is the reflection of their whole life learnings. So, it should be very easy to accept their difference. It needs to be understood that they all have lived a very different life, have seen very different phases in their lives and have learnt different chapters in their lives. So, if it seems that their thoughts are disturbing you or hurting you, it is way better to understand their perspectives and ignore the disturbance they are creating in order to stay focused. There are favorable situations when we can argue with them and make them know our opinions, however there are unfavorable situations too when it is better to stay quiet and focus on your thing. 


Importance of our goals



Apart from understanding their perspectives and personalities, the other and very important thing that is supposed to be kept in mint is our main goal and its value. It is very normal to be distracted by your surroundings, which often make you think more and more about things which do not even exist. You sit ideal having thoughts which are not even true, rather they are just the illusions of your mind. But, as i said it is very easy to become so. That is why focusing on your main goal is what that is required here. If you know how greatly your goal matters to you and how necessary it is to focus on that goal, then you also know that people’s thoughts and opinions about you are just like the small breakers on the road to your destination. They are there to decrease your velocity wherever required to avoid a big accident. After you get to know the seriousness of your valuable target, you tend to avoid wasting time in thinking about these distractions. For instance, you want to read a book but your friends’ talks are holding you from doing that. They talked about something which is disturbing you. It is stuck in your mind and fighting with it. Then, you should take a deep breath and stay calm thinking about what will happen if you read this book. If you can have estimate about that, then you can avoid the distraction and apply your full concentration on that particular book. 


Incidents or accidents



Sometimes we lack behind in judging a situation or a failure. Instead of taking the situation as an opportunity, we take that as a burden and pray that it ends as soon as possible. We do not think about the developments that have taken place until now. They are all because of occurring minor incidents, which avoid occurring major accidents. Just like that when someone’s thoughts and opinions are in the direction of hurting your beliefs and feelings, then you can take it as an opportunity and reverse the direction towards the journey of becoming a gentle, peaceful and focused person. It is not very tough. You just need to fully listen to them and then shift your focus on the next thing that is left to be done. By doing that you neither hurt the person nor you hurt yourself. You can put yourself in that situation and bear what is happening by staying fully conscious, it then shows you your potential, which then works in similar but more challenging situations in life. You feed your subconscious mind so that it can work automatically when the time will come. It is just like being open to all the experiences in life because they inly strengthen you and not weaken.
