Does it make any sense when people have same mindset, language, colour, culture and traditions? No, it does not because this world can not get any better if all think same and do same. Diverse ideas and opinions carry this world to the height at which it is now. To make anything valuable, there must be an analysis of entities and comparison of things with the other, which has some value or impact like that thing. This comparison and analysis make things better or worse than others.
Disputes occur because we never make efforts to perceive the significance of diversity, different mind and their point of views. We always try to focus on our opinions which are only right according to our assumptions. There should be a mutual understanding between two person which makes it easy to realise what is wrong and what is right, then admit if you are wrong and learn what is right.
We never think about how this world has become so developed and beautiful. The development and beauty of this world have been possible by men who have different minds and ideas. This could never have been done if all men had the same thoughts and opinions. We don't realise that light matters because darkness is there; your brilliant mind matters because stupid minds are there, issues of the country matter because other countries are there; likewise, you matter because diversity is there. So, if you want to be acknowledged by others, you have to recognise others because they also matter. It would help if you stopped thinking about why this world should have the same culture, tradition, language, etc. Each thing has its importance and beauty. You can only have a candlelight dinner in the dark. So, don't think less of darkness.
The reality is that when various things happen at the same place when people of so many diversities come together, miracles and creativity occur. People like miracles and artistry, but the sad part is that they don't want to know about the diverse artists who have created this by their collective efforts. Can you imagine how beautiful and fascinating this world could be? If we start considering that diversity is so colorful and winsome.
Don't run away from it; see it and love it.
