DEPRESSION

Many people see the wrong definition of depression. So, they assume that they are depressed whereas they are not in real. Sometimes we may be tired and bored of our daily routine activities so, we just need a short break to come out of this boringness called depression, which actually is not depression. We can do a lot of things that we love during this break. So what actually depression is? When something distracts you a lot from your daily routine life and makes you mentally and physically weak is depression. This also is not a well-defined statement of depression. But this is truly a statement that many doctors say and find solutions to come out of it. Have you remained awake the whole night doing nothing? Have you ever been stayed hungry for the entire day? Have you ever felt that you are the most pitiful person in this world? Have you lost weight? See, if you have not felt any of these things, stop worrying because you are not depressed. You are just bored and need a break to explore yourself. Have you felt these things? Yeah, many of you must have felt these things. Now, whatever be the cause of your depression, there are always ways to jump the troubles.

The first thing you need to understand is that anything is happening in this part of your life. There are so many parts in our life, and all the parts can't be good or bad, and they all are essential. If there are bad parts, you suffer; if there are good parts, you have pleasure. So not a single person can have all the pleasure and suffering. One must suffer, and one must have pleasure. So what if you are suffering right now and having the bad part of your life. You must have had the good part, and there will be good part waiting for you ahead in your life. Your current life scenario, which is bad, should not ruin the upcoming good scenario.

This is a human tendency that we only focus on the problems when we are in difficulties. We never focus on the ways to come out of it. If the problem is solvable, then why so worry, and if the problem is unsolvable, then also why so worry. So in both cases, you can come out of the bad part as soon as you realize it as a part of your life. Focus on your surroundings and find out what is there in this world apart from your issues. Do the issues matter so much that you forget all the happiness and pleasures of your life, which you have had and going to have.

This depression leads a person towards bad habits, which he thinks can take him out of his problems. But they actually put him in more trouble. Smoking and drinking are one of these bad habits, which makes a person addictive to them. Once you become addictive, you will harm yourself physically as well as mentally. That is why understanding of this depression and knowing the ways to come out of it is very much important for a person in today’s era. 

                                    

 
Always remember the good times of your life when you are in dire times of your life. It will provide you with a conception and proof that time changes. And it changes for your good. Time makes you weak and strong. It's on the person how he takes the change and apply on himself to become weak or strong. You can not avoid many things, but you can definitely learn to face many things. And, this should be the way to live. 

One of the best ways to beat this is having friends and family with you. They always have your back and never bring a second thought in mind to help you out. FRIENDS IN YOUR LIFE ARE LIKE PILLARS ON YOUR PORCH, SOMETIMES THEY HOLD YOU UP, SOMETIMES THEY LEAN ON YOU, SOMETIMES IT'S ENOUGH TO KNOW THEY ARE STANDING BY.

Apart from sharing your problems to your friends and family you can keep yourself busy in learning new things that you love more than the current state of yourself in life due to depression. You must do physical workout daily irrespective of your job routine. Whenever you get time, it doesn’t matter how much, you should do something physically to keep yourself healthy. 

You can not avoid many things, but you can definitely learn to face many things. And, this should be the way to live.
