For instance, you start going to gym. At first you gain some knowledge by asking your friends or by researching on the internet. Then, you apply that knowledge in performing exercises in gym. After few days, your body responds in a great way making you feel very positive and energetic. This positiveness helps you become very sincere, disciplined and dedicated towards your work, gym. After a particular time, very short, when you see that your body has been progressing on the daily basis, you think you have gained enough knowledge to work on. You start sharing it to others also.
But, then comes a time when your body sees a saturation level and takes a lot more hard work and diet than before to grow like before. You seem to witness that your body is not responding as much as it did initially when you started. This happens in all the cases. It is the time when you have adapted a habit, but not getting much benefits because your performance and knowledge is the same as before.
During this time you have to put more efforts in gym to gain muscle and to maintain the mass what you already have. Now, you start realising that you are no better than the beginner who has just started as you know as much as he does. The initial knowledge that you claimed to possess does not work here. That knowledge was just a starting that you assumed was enough to get where you wanted. You feel like starting again.
Then, again comes a time after many months and years, when you have gained real knowledge and experience, which actually works and helps you gain things in a way that you wanted before you started. Beginnings are always full of energy and positive approaches but as the time gets passed, this energy seems at the back seat. More than this energy you have to know and value the fact that exaggeration of things, that everyone does in the beginning after getting a little basic knowledge, does not help.
So, just do not be over excited when your body responds tremendously in the beginning, it is just a behaviour of your body and not the long term response. Learn to wait for the saturation level and then the level when you gain enough knowledge and experience to break that level and go up. This beginning knowledge is very bad as it also creates situations where you want to give up because you do not want to see yourself not getting progress when the saturation level comes.
Be patient and work irrespective of the levels.
Do not trust the beginning knowledge.
