From Chaos to Collaboration: Mastering the Art of Organized Workspaces

Before getting a job, everyone thinks that he would work hard once he gets the job. Because he does not want to loose it which he got after being moved and struggled a lot by his life from where he started to where he is now. He thinks that he would prove himself in his work and be very dedicated and sincere towards the task he would be given.

But this happens only during the unemployment period due to the fact that you can not know and see the system until unless you work in that system. When you get a job and work, you see the atmosphere and routine at your workplace which makes you rethink about the dedication and sincerity you thought to prove before you got the job.

There may be many exceptional organisations which have a unique and employee friendly atmosphere where everyone wants to work, but those are only few. Otherwise everyone weather he is at a managing position or at a working position is concerned about the workload and working hours.

But this should not be the scenario because you work for approximately half the time of your life and you just can not be complaining about things for half the time of your life. The fact will remain fact, and you can not change that. Some things are really there which may annoy you, but most of the things are just in your mind which are annoying you. You need to remove these things immediately from your mind by finding the logic behind all the happenings and focus on the work for what you are getting paid.

You must set your mind towards the idea that you will only be experienced and gain things by whatever you do in your organisation, you will not loose anything. Everyday can not be better, there will and must be some days when you have to work more than you are getting paid, and those days should never be complained. Because, everyone is in a need these days, and so as your company. It also needs to be developed and face the competition in the market, which can only be done with the help of its employees and that are you guys.

If you really think that the organisation you are working is not for you or it makes you work against its terms and policies which you signed before you joined, you can very well think about leaving it and go where you feel like doing something from your own.

It is also the responsibility of the organisation to take care and work for the welfare of its employees. Welfare of its employees should be the one of the greatest priorities for the people who are working at managing positions. It is because the employees and everyone in this world want to feel safe and special where they work. This special feeling can be given to them by taking care of their leaves, health, family and any need they have. Because everyone works for his family. This will help increasing the productivity of the organisation and most importantly the trust between the employees and the company.

Do not complain about the work, do it or leave it.
