If you know that social media and excess of mobile phones’ use is making you mentally and physically weak and socially isolated then why are you still on it. Why don’t you reduce the timings on unnecessary things and invest this time on activities that are essential for your personal growth and productivity.
If you believe in god and follow all the rituals and traditions of any particular religion to make god happy and satisfy your heart, and go to religious places to pray and participate in great worships in front of his statue, then why do you lie, why do you get angry on very small things instead of being calm, why do you believe that the world is not a good place and full of bad people, why do you have this mentality of running away from work and wanting to have a life without any kind of problems, why do hate people, why do you get jealous, why don’t you have love in your heart. What is the benefit that you are getting by doing what you are doing. God never makes you selfish, rather it gives you the ability to help others.
You also know the worst things are happening in this world right now. Wars are, obviously, one of them but this is about the crimes that are happening at home itself. A husband is stabbing his wife, a wife is cutting his husband and keeping the pieces in refrigerator, people are leaving their parents outside to die, parents are not loving their kids for their selfishness, rapes, murders and what not. Still you are avoiding that fact that love and kindness are the only things that can stop this and make this world a better place.
Another thing is that people, at work place, of different departments are becoming envy of each other and do not help in establishing the coordination that is required to take the organisation to different heights that it has never gained till now. It makes the working culture and environment even more toxic making people think to leave the job. Everyone wants to pack up as soon as possible because they do not want to work, but they want money.
Like that, there are a lot more problems. And the only solution is love and kindness. But kindness is just a word these days.It is never applied in people’s lives and they do not even think of it. But the funny thing is that they watch these things on social media that being kind is everything and all that. And still they keep ignoring things that should not be. People will just walk even if a man is dying in front of them. However, they will show that they have been kind on social media and how great they are.
And this is an issue when people know about things. What would happen when they do not know. What will happen when you do not know that phones and social media are taking you very far from reality and making you a fake person. It is happening when you know things.
I am not telling you to become superheroes and do things that are beyond of your abilities. I am just trying to convince you to become a person who at-least has a good behaviour towards others and good mindset when he is working with people and living with his loved ones. You already know what to do, it is not to be told here. It is just a matter of implementation and not information.
Try to help people in whatever way you can, try to make yourself a better person by doing good work and keeping patience in life. Follow your religion in actuality and not just to visit different places where different gods are staying in order to make them happy and prove that you are a good person.
Your goodness will be reflected by your surroundings. It is not to be proven by going to any place or participating in any religious activity. If you are a good person, then you are a good person. You do not need any validation from anyone in this world. You just keep doing good and keep being good, it will reflect and come back to you. It is a sure thing and a universal rule.
Become a real human being.
